Blank Aschkenasy Properties has been in the real estate development, investment, and management business in the Philadelphia area since 1972.
Paul Aschkenasy, Managing Partner of Blank Aschkenasy Properties, LLC (“BAP”) since 2004, joined the firm in 2000. Since that time BAP has built a portfolio of +/- 1,000,000 SF of retail and office space via both acquisitions (repositioning or redeveloping existing product) and ground up construction, with several projects currently in development. In late 2014, Relative Properties, LLC (“RP”) was formed to acquire and operate multifamily properties in the Northeast US, leveraging the BAP operating platform. To date, RP has acquired five properties totaling +/- 800 units.
Paul Aschkenasy and Devin Aronstam, the two Managing Partners of RP, have a combined 48 years of experience in real estate and finance. RP is focused on creating superior returns for its investors while creating “best in breed” apartments for its residents. This is accomplished by acquiring well-located properties with value-add opportunities, which may include unit renovations, improvement to amenities and more hands-on management.
The combined companies share infrastructure and have a fully vertically-integrated platform with extensive capabilities in all phases of real estate operations including; Acquisitions, Asset Management, Property Management, Development, and Construction Services.
